Kentucky State Police Catches Two-year Fugitive 

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky.  (02/01/2015) – The Kentucky State Police has reported the capture of a local man that has been sought by local law enforcement for almost two years.

KSP Officials state that on Saturday morning, Jan. 31, 2015, at around 10:44 AM, Trooper Bob Winters located a White Plains resident that has had active warrants on him for Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

In addition to the warrant, Charles A. Gamble, 57, White Plains, KY, was also arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 (Class D Felony), Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor), Fleeing/Evading Police Officer on Foot (Class D Felony) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor).

Mr. Gamble was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.

KSP Post 2 units, Trooper James McArthur and Trooper William Braden assisted Trooper Winters.
