Greenville Police Report Two Accidents Resulting in DUI Arrests 



MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (02/09/15) – The Greenville Police Department has issued information regarding two traffic accidents on February 8 and 9 that resulted in DUI arrests.

Greenville Police Public Information Officer Wes Miller stated that on February 8, 36-year-old Timothy Bolling, Jr. was driving on the KY 189 Bypass when his vehicle left the roadway, striking a fence and an embankment. Officer Tim Wright performed an investigation of the accident and arrested Bolling for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.

Officer Wright was assisted on the scene by the Powderly Police Department.

On February 9, at approximately 1:15 AM, Officer Bill Henson responded to a single-vehicle collision that occurred at the intersection of HC Mathis Road and Mae Avenue in Greenville. Once on the scene, Officer Henson found that 41-year-old Gerrie Goodwin of Greenville was driving and had exited the roadway, causing damage to private property. Goodwin was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and Operating on a Suspended License.

Officer Henson was assisted by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office.
