Two Central City Residents Arrested for Drug Trafficking 

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (02/24/15) – The Kentucky State Police has reported two drug-related arrests that took place in the Central City area.

KSP officials state that Troopers executed a search warrant on Monday, Feb. 23, at around 11:26 AM, at a home on J H Mitchell Road. Once inside the residence, Troopers found around ¼ pound of suspected Meth, Marijuana and various drug paraphernalia.

Troopers arrested 47-year-old James Dennison and 27-year-old Sarah Morris, on charges of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Over 2 Grams – Meth (C Felony), Possession of Marijuana (B Misdemeanor) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (A Misdemeanor).

The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation between the Kentucky State Police and the Union County Sheriff’s Department.

Both Dennison and Morris were lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
