 Owensboro Man Arrested for Sexual Relations with Sacramento Juvenile

DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (02/24/15) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) has arrested an Owensboro man for having a sexual relationship with a local juvenile.

According to information released by the State Police, KSP Troopers were investigating the disappearance of a possible runaway juvenile from the Sacramento area. The Troopers, along with assistance by the Owensboro Police Department, were able to located the runaway at a hotel in Owensboro, along with 26-year-old Benjamin Stallings, a resident of the Owensboro area.

Once located, both the juvenile and Stallings admitted to having a sexual relationship, along with smoking marijuana, while present at the hotel.

Stallings was arrested on charges of Rape 3rd Degree, Custodial Interference, Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Stallings was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on a $20,000 full cash bond.

The age of the juvenile has not been released at this time.
