WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (03/02/2015) - On Monday, March 2, at approximately 10:43 a.m., the escapee, Ronald T. Hardwick, was apprehended without incident by KSP troopers and an officer from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Mr. Hardrick was located approximately ¾ of a mile from where he escaped, laying down in a wooded area. Due to his exposure to the cold weather, Mr. Hardrick was transported via ambulance to Methodist Hospital for treatment.

Once cleared, he will be lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center. The Department of Corrections is handling the investigation and charges.

The Webster County Sheriff’s Department, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department, and the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife assisted at the scene.

WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky.  (03/02/2015) – On Monday, March 2, at approximately 8:04 a.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville was contacted by the Webster County Sheriff’s Department in reference to an escapee.

The escapee was being transported from the Henderson County Detention Center to Mclean County when he escaped on foot around the KY 56 overpass near Sebree.

The escapee’s name is Ronald T. Hardrick. Hardrick is a 51-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’8 tall and weighs around 175 lbs. Hardrick was last seen wearing a jail-issued green and white striped jumpsuit, and was wearing handcuffs at the time of his escape.
