Local Church Partners with Charity Organization to Feed You and the Hungry 

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (03/22/15) – What has become a very reputable local source for feeding hungry citizens throughout the region, Want Not Waste Not is taking another step to help those in need, alongside Luzerne General Baptist Church.

On April 11, 2015, at 5:00 PM, Want Not Waste Not will be partnering with Luzerne General Baptist Church to provide a backwoods charity fundraising dinner in the church fellowship hall.

The meals served will be Venison Back-strap Steak, Hash brown Casserole, Baked Beans, rolls, and desert. A drink will be included in the meal as well. The meat will be cooked over hickory wood.

Want Not Waste Not is a group of volunteers that collect deer from Hopkins and Muhlenberg county hunters for donation to the Hope2All Community Food Bank. H2A is a non-profit organization that serves food boxes to over 350 families each month.

Luzerne General Baptist Church is located at 492 Luzerne Depoy Road .

Not only will you get a great dinner and fellowship, but you will also be serving your community and feeding those in need.
