KenCo News staff has been present for several of Mr. Ligon’s performances in the past throughout the region. News Director J.L. Graham states, “It would not be surprising for anyone that has been at one of Ray’s performances if Ray were to become a country music legend. His talent is nothing short of professional, yet at the same time he is a down-to-earth type of fellow. He’s a good man with a good heart, and a passion for country music that could very well take him to the top.”

KenCo News would like to congratulation Mr. Ligon for his well-deserved awards.
