Hopkinsville Residents Invited to have Coffee with a Cop

WESTERN Ky. (04/22/2015) – The Hopkinsville Police Department (HPD) understands the importance of having a positive and comfortable relationship between officers and local citizens. With that said, HPD is offering an opportunity for citizens to have a comfortable sit-down with officers.

On April 25, 2015, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, HPD invites the public to meet up with them at Challenge House #7, located at 1605 Phelps Avenue in Hopkinsville for conversation and coffee.

This opportunity is not a speaking engagement for police officers, but is actually a chance to sit, drink coffee and just discuss general concepts one on one. There will be no speeches or formal procedures. Citizens can simply have a seat, enjoy the coffee, ask questions or voice concerns.

If you have any further questions regarding this event, contact Lt. Koehler at (270) 890-1532, or email him at gkoehler@hopkinsvilleky.us .
