 Two Arrested for Selling Drugs at Barber Shop

KENTUCKY  (05/15/2015) – The Madisonville Police has reported two individuals that were arrested at a local Barber Shop selling drugs.

After receiving several complaints and anonymous tips regarding suspected drug activity at a local barber shop, officers launched an investigation. After confirming the reports, Detectives were able to make several purchases of controlled substances at a barber shop located at 975 North Main Street in Madisonville.

After making several controlled purchases of Meth through the use of a confidential informant, a search warrant was issued for the business and was executed on Friday, May 15, 2015, at 10:30 AM.

As a result of the search, officers found items corroborating that controlled substances were indeed being sold from the business. A small amount of Marijuana was located on scene, as well as other drug paraphernalia, such as rolling papers and glass pipes.

Johnathan “Brett” Wagner, 43, was arrested on charges of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (3 counts), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Aleah D. Williams, 41, was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both individuals were lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
