Vehicle Versus Car Wash in Greenville 

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (05/20/15) –  The Greenville Police Department responded to a wreck with injuries on May 20, 2015 at approximately 12:07 pm, involving two vehicles and a car wash.

A 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, driven by Michael E. Johnson, 60, of Belton, was traveling southbound on Main Street. Johnson swerved into the path of a 2008 Chevrolet, driven by Lavern Reynolds, 58, of Greenville. Johnson sideswiped Reynolds' vehicle near Dairy Queen and continued southbound, striking the wall of A-1 Hand Car Wash.

A suspected medical condition was a contributing factor in the collision.

Johnson was transported to Muhlenberg Community Hospital by ambulance for treatment of injuries.

Greenville Fire Department, Powderly Police Department, Muhlenberg Sheriff's Department, and Muhlenberg EMS also responded to the scene.
