 Two Central City Residents Arrested for Meth Trafficking

KENTUCKY (05/26/15) – The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of two local citizens on various Meth-related charges.

According to Sheriff’s Office officials, on Saturday, May 23, 2015, Detective Troy Gibson (Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force) arrested two Central City residents after an investigation into a drug trafficking Case.

Amanda R. Dockery of 1925 Fairview Road, Central City was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Meth) 1st Degree and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Also during the investigation, Michael T. Reed of 5 Odessa Lane, Central City was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Meth).

Charges against Dockery were enhanced due to officers finding a firearm in her possession.

Both individuals were lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.

Gibson was assisted by Sheriff Detective Wade Griggs and the Central City Police Department.
