Two Greenville Residents and Madisonville Man Arrested on Meth Charges 


 

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (9/19/2014) – The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office has reported three arrests on drug charges.

According to Sheriff’s Office officials, on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, Detective Troy Gibson (assigned to Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force) performed three arrests on charges related to methamphetamine.

Detective Gibson assisted in Probation and Parole’s search of a residence at 120 State Route 2533 in Greenville and located evidence resulting in the arrest of 54-year-old Terry L. Vaught. Vaught was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine). Vaught was also charged with Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess 1st Degree.

Also arrested in the investigation was 21-year-old Dillon Noffsinger, a resident of 405 Bradley Sisk Road in Madisonville. Noffsinger was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess 1st Degree.

Lastly, 25-year-old Heather Embry, of 232 Cherry Street in Greenville, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess 1st Offense and Possession of Marijuana.

KSP K-9 Unit Mark Coombs, Muhlenberg County Sheriff Dept. Detectives Wade Griggs and Bob Jenkins assisted in the investigation.
