TRESPASSING COMPLAINT RESULTS IN DRUG ARREST OF MADISONVILLE FEMALE
WESTERN KY (10/10/16) -On October 9, 2016, at 12:41 P.M., Trooper Jon McGehee responded to a trespassing complaint on JD Buchanan Road, approximately 2 miles north of Madisonville.
Upon arrival on the scene, Trooper McGehee located Tammy Oakley, 41 of Madisonville, on the property. A series of field sobriety test were performed and Mrs. Oakley was placed under arrest.
As the investigation continued, a search of Mrs. Oakley’s vehicle produced methamphetamine, marijuana, and items used to ingest and distribute controlled substances.
Mrs. Oakley was arrested and lodged at the Hopkins County Detention Center on charges of Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense (Aggravated Circumstances), Failure of Non Owner to Maintain Required Insurance 1st Offense, Operating a Vehicle with Expired Operator’s License, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Over Two Grams of Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.
Trooper McGehee was assisted by the Madisonville/Hopkins County Narcotics Unit.
