Local Greenville Business Holds Best Costumes Contest on Halloween Day 


MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (10/14/2014) – A local Greenville Business is hosting a contest on Halloween day, with multiple chances to win free prizes.

Spruehammer Games, located at 30 Big John Plaza Shopping Center, next to Dairy Queen, beside The Screen Door & Country Market in Greenville, will be offering local citizens, regardless of age, an opportunity to win several different prizes (pictured with this article) from action figures to board games.

Spruehammer Games Owner, Jay Durall, informed Reporters that there will be several different categories that local costume wearers may compete in. Prizes will be given for best zombie costume, best pirate costume, best super hero costume, best video game/board game costume or best Star Wars costume.

The contest will take place on Halloween day from 12 noon until 7:00 PM. Those interested will enter the shop and tell employees that they want in on the contest between the aforementioned hours.

Competitors must be wearing their costumes when they enter the shop.

The winners of each categories will be chosen on Monday, November 3, and will be contacted by phone or by email. The winners will also be announced on KenCo News that evening.

Spruehammer Games is a business providing a wide variety of fun-filled products, such as games, video games, videos, action figures, comic books and much more.

Again, there are no age restrictions on this contest. This contest is free and open to the public.
