Western Kentucky Man Arrested with Crimes Related to Child Pornography 

WESTERN Ky. (12/17/2014) – A Grayson County man was arrested on charges related to child pornography Tuesday after Kentucky State Police served a search warrant at his home.

Jeffery Lee Conder, 26, is charged with four (4) counts of use of a minor in a sex performance and four (4) counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He was lodged in the Grayson County Jail.

Mr. Conder was arrested as the result of an ongoing undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Detectives with the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch began investigating after being contacted by the Miami-Dade Police Department. Information revealed by Detectives in Miami, detailed the suspects illegal online activities with a juvenile in Florida.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Mr. Conder’s residence in Leitchfield on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch. Troopers from Post 4 (Elizabethtown) and Leitchfield Police Department assisted on scene.

Equipment used to distribute and possess child pornography was seized and taken to KSP’s Forensic Laboratory for examination.
